- Accommodation at Jabal Alnoor/Azzizia in Makkah - well furnished apartment building. Occupancy depends on room sizes according to the Hajj Ministry regulations.
- Accommodation at Mena will be in North America camp with air-conditioned tents.
- Accommodation at Arafat will be in North America camp.
- One hot meal will be served during the Manasek period. One on Arafat day and one on 10 ZH and 12 ZH.
- Travel by bus after Hajj from Makkah to Madina.
- Accommodation in Madinah at Mubarak Group Hotel about 150 meters away from the Haram, 4 or 5 persons per room.
- Visit to historic sites in Madinah.
- Muslim Scholars will accompany the group.

- Accommodation in 5 star Makkah at AlSohada Hotel in close proximity of the Haram, 4 persons per room (1ZH-6ZH). Triple and double occupancy available. Breakfast and dinner open buffet will be served.
- Travel with air conditioned bus from Makkah to Azizza. Luggage must be collected on the night of 5ZH, and departure to Azizzia right after Fajar prayer of 6ZH.
- Accommodation in Azizzia in apartment building at Jabal Alnoor/Azizzia near to Mena and about 5M from the Haram in preparation for Hajj. The aparatment building will be available during and after Manasek (6-14ZH) occupancy based on room size; double and triple occupancy does not apply at Azizzia.
- Accommodation at Mena will be in North America camp with air-conditioned tents.
- Accommodation at Arafat will be in North America camp.
- One hot meal daily will be served during the Manasek period (8-11 ZH) at the camps. Total of 4 meals will be served during the period of Manasek.
- Travel by government air-conditioned bus from Azizzia to Medina (14ZH).
- Accommodation in Medina at Mubarak Group (3 Star) 75 meters from the Haram. Occupancy is 4 people per room, triple and double occupancy is available (14ZH) Breakfast and Dinner open buffet will be served.
- All transportation will be in government provided air-conditioned buses.

- Visit to historic sites in Madinah.
- Tentative departure from the US November 5, 2010.
- Tentative departure from Saudi Arabia is November 22, 2010. Departure will be directly from Medina without transit in Jeddah.
